Okay for the area. Friendly staff. Ice machine was broken.

The beds and pillows were comfortable given the price point of the hotel however the floor of my room was extremely filthy and left the bottom of my bare feet black. The shower had good water pressure and the water was hot. There were several vagrant looking people hanging around outside the hotel and one was even allowed to sleep in the lobby kitchen amongst the guests of the hotel during one of our nights at the hotel. The group I was traveling did not feel safe in this hotel. I would not look to stay in this property again while visiting Battle Creek although the manager and staff were friendly and nice. You get what you pay for was the lesson learned.

The room is quite dirty. Dirt behind the nightstand and spots on the wall. Lots of them. I’d rather not know what it is. Overall a very musty, old smell.

Would have been ok but overbooked me so I had no room.

Being overbooked and no refund.
