Horrible, not clean and pool was dirty

Baymont always seems to be in remodelling mode. Had to switch a room due to condition. Great deskfront service!

Manager called the cops because we asked for them to give us correct room or give us a refund…. They refused to give refund even after kicking us off property. We were calm and not asking for too much- but she didn’t want to give a refund and that she didn’t have to deal with our attitude when we asked for a refund (we didn’t have an attitude).

Tv didn't work no water pressure food in refrigerator

Everything was top notch accept for Fran the front desk lady got to bfast about 840 and ask her if she could fill the bfast back up because there was a few quests besides my self standing there and she snapped I’m closing it soon and there is nothing left ..so she wasn’t smart enough to shut the door and a whole pan of biscuits and gravy was still sitting on the counter

The girl that was there when we checked in is exactly what you need as a front desk person...

TV wouldn’t work; Technician had to come up. Phone don’t work & towel bar fell off the wall when you took the towel off

0/10. I had an out of town event about 2 hours from home so I booked and prepaid a room for Friday night. While on my way, I called to confirm my room was a double queen. The woman from the front desk confirmed and said you’re all set. When I arrived, at 9:30PM the young girl at the front desk said we’re overbooked and there’s nothing we can do for you. Horrible customer service and very RUDE. I wouldn’t recommend this crackden of a hotel to my worst enemy. And I still have not been refunded.
