Matisse Bed & Breakfast

Room and bathroom size was tight, not a place for larger individuals. Furnishings need updating.

Cozy and the breakfast at the Golf Club was great!

Everything was wonderful.

The property is very clean and organized and the manager is very helpful and professional. Only the room set up is a bit strange as the TV screen is put in a corner making it impossible to watch while being in bed. Apart from that everything else is very good

Very clean but a little small. Appreciated the flexibility for breakfast; ate at one of our favorites - the NOTL Golf Club.

A nice quiet Room in a house that is 10 minutes walk to downtown Niagara on the lake. The host met us late as we were delayed getting in on the first night. Note that this property does not make breakfast, but provides coupons to use at local restaurants. These were very nice

Great location

Very clean and quiet

The room was great except the shower is extremely small, so be aware if you are a bigger person. Otherwise, the property was nice with a lot of space to share. Garden was beautiful and the common space very nice. This is a little less than a mile from restaurants and town, but we like to walk. Also, breakfast is not on site, but you have two restaurant choices and host reimburses you. Please note that there is no one there all the time and you may need to wait for someone to let you in upon arrival and to give receipts to upon departure. They use a keypad system, so not the traditional B&B. Still very nice and good price.

Beautify room and garden, very clean, very quiet. We had a marvellous breakfast by the water. The staff is super friendly. Will come back.
