nice area, balcony, and smart system of lighting made the stay enjoyable. Supermarkets and nice restaurants nearby. Easy access to the transport.

There was an issue with the internet - around 50 % of the websites weren't able to be opened. Those still worked on the other devices and outside of the apartment, so it seems to be the settings of the router. The heating system wasn't self-explanatory - our attempts to lower the temperature in the apartment failed.

This apartment is located in Nippes, just outside of the Koln centre. It's easily accessible by U-Bahn and bus. It is very well equipped , clean, comfortable and quiet . Nippes has a village vibe with many supermarkets and an abundance places to eat. Bakeries are plentiful. The laundry is in the basement and readily available . We needed to wash on Sunday morning because of our schedule so a representative of the owner came within half an hour of us contacting them to show us how to access and use the washing machine. Excellent customer service !!! We certainly recommend this accommodation .

Good location and excellent communication. They were very accommodating and helpful. Provided a cot.

The building was quite loud. One of the beds was creaky.

Excellent accommodation, in a quiet neighbourhood, with good transport links to Köln and airport. Very helpful host! Would recommend and use again.

location was ideal in a really quiet, quaint area with lots of lovely local pubs and restaurants. It was also near to a highstreet with an Aldi and Netto so could easily stock up for days out. Perfect for visiting Phantasialand as all you need is a short lime scooter ride and a train and you're there!
