Beautiful apartment, very supportive management. Great view out of the window, a pleasant walk throug a park to the subway station. 3 subway stops to the Cathedral Central Station. If I am again in Cologne, I would rent it again.

Close to public transport and local amenities. Great communication from the hosts. Lots of little details thought about e.g. hooks, lamps and charging ports in many locations. When I couldn't work out how to use the hob (totally my own stupidity!!) the hosts responded v quickly to my message via booking.com. Tea/coffee/welcome beers were provided which was v generous. Small playground right outside the apartment which was a bonus for my 5 and 7 year old

Kettle and pillows could do with replacing.

Shower area is a little small. Entrance to the apartment is a bit hidden away and you have to walk through thr host's workspace and the rewch the apartment.

Such a great experience for a couple of nights. Just positives. Great location as it is in pretty calm and quite area when time to time you can hear some harmless shouting from outside but nothing more that you cannot hear probably in each part and area of the city. Fully equiped apartment with comfy bed. I was on my own but for two people (let alone four) it would be a bargain. You have almost everything for cooking, room and bathroom is clean and well kept. Also very helpful family. I contacted them twice and both times the guy have helped me. The other time even after the check out as I forgot my book. Lastly, great tea and coffee for free is a great bonus. Almost forget the beer and water. Details which made my review 10/10.

There is always something that can be improved. But I have nothing specific. For me you get a great value for the money.

Quiet neighborhood. Not a tourist area. Very nice brochure made for the apartment area with los of recommendations. Hosts provided extra mattress for us. Great communication. Very, very clean! Nice linens!

One bed wasn’t super comfy. Everything else was great.

Flexible self check in. Comfortable beds especially the fold out lounge was very good for a sofa bed. Smart tv with Netflix. Tea and coffee supplies were fabulous. Well stocked kitchen for simple meals. Heated floors were wonderful making for a warm and cosy stay.

Parking is very hard to come by but great parking map provided thank you. Shower is tiny, but nice and hot. Third floor could be hard with bags. Loft stairs unusual and bit tricky to climb.

Everything was clean, instructions were clear and self check in was great, nice communication and no problems arised.

The interior felt a little bit bland, I feel like with some more paintings or decorations or plants it would look even better.
