Hotel Guivá Aeropuerto

The hotel staff were amazing — so friendly, kind, and always helpful. They made me feel truly welcome, like part of their family. The room was spacious and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again. El personal del hotel fue increíble: muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Me hicieron sentir realmente bienvenida, como parte de su familia. La habitación era amplia y cómoda. Sin duda me volvería a alojar aquí.

Our stay was generally nice, but we did experience some inconvenience with the hair dryer issue. On the first day, right after checking in, we found that the hair dryer was broken. We informed the staff immediately (our hair was still wet at the time), but unfortunately didn’t receive any follow-up or solution that night. The next morning, a male staff member kindly told us that the hair dryer would be replaced that day and even asked what time we’d be out, which we really appreciated. However, when we returned after 10 p.m., the problem still hadn’t been fixed. On the third morning, I explained the situation again to a female staff member and asked if there was any hair dryer I could use, but she said there wasn’t one available. I also asked if I could use another room’s bathroom just to dry my hair, but didn’t receive a response. It wasn’t the lack of a hair dryer itself that was frustrating, but rather the delay and lack of communication regarding the repair. I believe it would make a big difference if maintenance issues could be handled more promptly and guests were kept informed about the progress. Other than this, everything else about the stay was good—the place was comfortable and we enjoyed our time there.

Please if perfectly located 5 minutes away from the airport, super clean, free parking, I would be staying there again on my last day in Oaxaca
