Hotel Guivá Aeropuerto

Front desk staff are extremely kind. Our room was simple but clean.

Parece hotel militar, horarios demasiado rígidos y fuera de lo que estamos acostumbrados en México, no tienen la capacidad suficiente, en personal, en mobiliario y en servicio. Decepcionante.

The staff was excellent! Very helpful. The area is rundown and does not feel safe. The photos of rooms and hotel are much different than the reality. Overpriced for quality of hotel.

If you really insist on staying close to the airport this is your best choice.

It was clean and quiet. The staff helped arrange a taxi very early in the morning to the airport which I appreciated.

On a busy street

Horrible location I booked the hotel for Nov.1-Nov 5. Arrived Nov. 1 I could not stay there on arrival because the hotel did not have confirmation from you put us in a horrible situation never again will I use Expedia

It was a very bad experience. The hotel had no hot water, no heater, bad service overall, the blankets and towels were not of the quality for a hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Perfect airport hotel

We needed a place to stay last minute by the airport and this was a great stay. Very clean place.

Not a whole lot. We traveled from Sacramento California. We had to stay 3 nights through bookings because I could not get a refund. Our room had ants in the bathroom and floor of the main room. They tried to spray but they came back every night.

My girlfriend was taking a shower and the water sit off. We had to ask for a bucket of water so she could finish. On the 3rd night we got back to the room and they did not have time to clean it. We were shocked. That was the worst experience I have had at a hotel. I am 55 years old. And have traveled everywhere. The only reason we had to book was there was no hotels available. The Halloween celebration in Oaxaca was great. Book 3 months early.
