Baymont by Wyndham Detroit/Roseville

Disgustingly dirty hotel. Air-conditioning didn't work, and the windows didn't open. Sink had no plug and the tap didn't work. Garbage was left behind in the room by previous guests. Stairwell smelled like urine. Avoid this place even if it is your only option. Don't believe the photos!

I was extremely disappointed with this property. First driving up the parking lot had so many potholes that I had to drive around each of them just to get to a parking space. Secondly there was multiple people outside smoking right in front of the door, I literally witnessed illegal activity taking place in the parking lot, and people were walking in and out of the entrance. I walked into the entrance and there was nobody at the front desk for over 15 minutes. When somebody finally arrived at the front desk they acted as if I was not even standing there needing assistance. There was a terrible odor in the lobby and the outside condition made me extremely weary of the rooms. I don't want to go any further just know that this is not a property I will ever visit again. And someone who worked in the hotel industry for over 15 years, I am extremely disappointed in this property. I would not recommend anybody to stay here whatsoever.

Scary freaking place !! Never again . The staff never cleans the rooms , no clean towels and the rooms smell like mold . We got the hot tub room . The bed was broken in the first room . The people in the parking lots were fighting and asking me to call the police . The neighborhood is crazy . People walking by my room tried to open my door twice in the morning and it was not the housekeepers . Gross location

Very sketchy place. Police on arrival and everything felt unsettling. The bedroom smelled bad and the sheets had cigarette burns with stains. Not a great place to stay unless you have no other choice.

DIRTY AND EXTREMELY NASTY! THE WHOLE SUGNT IS A SCAM TO GET YOU TO COME AND WHEN YOU GET THERE THE PLACE IS NOTHING LIKE OTHER BAY MONT . THEY LOOK PICTURES FROM OTHER HOTELS LIKE BAY MONT AND ATTACHED TO THERE WEB . NOTHING BUT DRUG ADDICTS AND BAD Activities HERE . SCAM SCAM SCAM !! Flies knets AND SMELLY BAD ODERS IN THE ROOM . DO NOT BOOK HERE !!!!

Whomever was in the room on top of mines had kids and you could hear them running around and crying all night and the mom telling them to sit down . The room had a weird smell . It was hair all over the bathroom , it was burn holes in the sheets . I Travel for work so I always bring my own cleaning stuff I cleaned the room and made it better for myself . I asked the house keeping people for trash bags and pillow case because mines also had a spot on them . It doesn’t look like the pictures I seen on line .

A roach was in our room.

The hotel was cockroach infected. I went to my room and after switching on the light noticed roach crawling on the wall next to the headboard. I immediately checked out and left that property.
