Baymont by Wyndham Detroit/Roseville

It was dirty. There was nobody at the front desk for check in. I had to wait for a long time in the lobby for the guy to show up to check us in. The parking lot had a giant mound if dirt in it. We went out and bought wipes to clean the bathroom. The walls had obvious patchwork over holes. There was gaps around the tub. We had to clean the headboard. Nobody at the front desk answered the phone. Only stayed 1 night. It was only $100 though.

Horrible stay. Loud guests. When i talked to the night manager about it at 4 am he went and talked to the guests above us and told them what room complained. The guest came to my room to discuss the noise. Horrible experience. I was with my husband. I hope no songle females dtay here and complain about noise. Very scary.

Terrible! Do not stay here! The pull out sofa was filthy sheets from last guest were left on the pull out, my mom had a room upstairs a guy walked in and took his shoes off NO accommodation cereal and waffles only for breakfast front desk was no help “new sheets” were covered in hair no pillows for pull out sofa disappointed never staying here ever again

The breakfast available consisted of 4 pieces of bread on the counter, with a waffle machine that looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. There was barely a bowls worth of cereal in the cereal machine. No fresh fruit, yoghurt, or any other bread options, no eggs, bacon or meat of any sort. In the room the bath tub looked as if it had not been cleaned. Hair was in it and it was filthy around the tub. The beddding had stains and burnt holes on them. The lamp on the wall beside the bed had previously caught on fire and was melted onto the fixture. There were stains on the walls and furniture. Nothing was wiped down. The room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. And when I went to check out the front desk didn’t want to give me a receipt until continuously told him I need a copy of one. Front desk also didn’t speak very good English.

It wasn’t what I thought it was the pictures are not it an the people suck well the lady’s the men was cool

It was not clean. Loud partys over weekend. Had to ask 3 times to have room cleaned and replace towels. No breakfast as advertised. Booked 7 nights, checked out at 8am after 5th night. Refused to give refund for last two nights. Man at desk didn't understand english.

The location only

The 1st room had a roach in it and tried to get it refunded we had only been there 5 min and they SD no refunds THE manager was rude 1st she SD we can only.get a refund in the 1st 15 min when we SD we've only been here 5min she then SD no refund for the 1st day so we were stuck there which is not ok I will never stay here again it was dirty everywhere even saw some drugs sitting in the elevator it was ghetto for lack of a better term not happy at all but couldn't afford to lose $75 .

I booked a room with a hot tub there was a big Crack in it and when u turned it on it smelled like sewer water. so I asked for a new room they gave me one then when I get in that room there was a big Crack in the tv I asked could we have a new tv he said there was nothing he could do so then I asked could he give me money back on my room he told me all he can do is put a note in computer please help me what can I do about my stay cause I didnt like it at all someone walked in the room that was not witg me with a key card this stay was horrible i think i should get a full refund or a free night or two
