SpringHill Suites by Marriott Wixom Novi

I had an exceptional stay at the SpringHill Suites Wixom! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What made my experience stand out was the outstanding service provided by Jessica, the Director of Sales. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything exceeded my expectations, from contracting my groups stay, check in process, and billing. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really made my stay memorable. I would highly recommend SpringHill Suites Wixom, and I look forward to returning soon!

What i like was the friendliness of the staff and how they was more then pleased to help get me situated.

They didn't have a lot of breakfast options but the food was warm.

The best hotel I ever stay at, Mrs Sims and her staff are so friendly and the hotel rooms are so clean and up to date The staff is willing to get you whatever you need. The kids had fun in the pool, which was really nice and clean and there wasn’t too much chlorine in the pool. They have an excellent workout room.

This hotel was very clean. The lady at the desk at night was so kind. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. All that being said, the breakfast was TERRIBLE!! Breakfast was served from 7a-10a and if you didn’t get there before 8a, you didn’t get anything. There wasn’t much to choose from and even the stuff they were offering was empty. The cooler with yogurt, empty… Oatmeal, empty. Bagels, empty!!! With there being a large event in town, you would think they would prepare better…

Large, clean rooms at a great price. And the continental breakfast was HUGE and had lots of great options. Highly recommend!

I stayed at the Wixom Springhill suites while on business in the Detroit area. While a normal Springhill Marriott experience was had, I must mention that General Manager Chelsea Sims went above and beyond what I would normally expect for customer service. I had forgotten to pick up an Amazon package that had been delivered to the hotel and when I checked out. Ms Sims reached out to me to inform me of the left behind package and then offered to assist in getting my Amazon package returned and refunded. With minimal effort on my part through the Amazon return portal, 2 days later I have my refund from Amazon. Amazing! Thank you GM Sims!

Friendly and helpful staff, the front desk staff were the best. Wasn't happy about having to spend the end of the year at a hotel but Chelsea Sims & staff made our holiday stay exceptional ! Will keep this hotel in mind for future bookings !!!!!
