SpringHill Suites by Marriott Wixom Novi

Thank you Chelsea for making our stay with SHS such a great experience. As a frequent traveler the one thing that empresses me the most in the hospitality and professionalism of your staff. I cannot leave out the fact that how clean your facility is beginning with the room in ending it at the breakfast bar. We love staying with you.

Everything was fantastic pool was great room was clean can’t complain Chelsea at the front desk was very friendly Matt was very helpful as well! Clean facilities very friendly staff even Miss Angie was very polite . Definitely worth it! Fully stocked market too !!!!

Best Hotel in the Wixom/Novi area! Spacious suites and friendly staff. Special thank you to the Director of Sales, Jessica, for helping me get acquainted with the area during my stay. Plenty of dining and shopping options in the area. Also loved the complimentary breakfast options provided each morning and the gym for a quick workout.

Go to hotel in the Wixom / Novi area for business travel, always a pleasant stay. Free Breakfast, large rooms, modern and new hotel. Jessica is always helpful with any group and corporate travel needs.....................................

Very comforting and safe.

This property was of a lower standard than what we are used to in other Springhill locations. The mattresses were very soft and the pillows were a very poor quality.

Room was comfortable, 2 queen and a fold out couch. Huge bathroom and real coffee cups!

Staff was very friendly during check-in, and room is large. Breakfast had a lot of hot and cold options and tasted good. I booked this hotel as it had an electric car charger on site, however, they only have one and it was already being used when we arrived so we were unable to use it during our stay. The couch in the room was not very comfortable and had stains on it, it’s close to the highway so you do hear the cars, the bathroom door is a barn door type with a full length frosted window and positioned in the middle of the room, so the light shines throughout the whole room at night/early morning. Overall, it was decent for the price.
