Decent breakfast, but a little too “Westernized” for what we were hoping. Very clean facilities. Nice shuttle service to ski resorts. Front desk staff was exceptional and always helpful.

My plane from Tokyo was delayed a couple hours, so I consequently couldn’t get to the hotel until the day after I reserved a room. I wished the hotel would have reimbursed me for my lost night and following morning’s breakfast that was out of my control.

They clean the room and fresh sheers on the bed every 3 days .

The chef removed cut oranges from the breakfast and other hotels cooked eggs ,how I like them .scrambled was the only option .
