Hotel Vista Sierra

I traveled with my family to Auburn California for a wedding. If I could give this hotel and the staff 10 star rating I would. Jules is so amazing and treat us like family. Highly recommend this location. The breakfast is so good and they had an awesome pool party on Sunday with free food. All the staff is wonderful.

This hotel is a Gold gem in Auburn very friendly staff , great complimentary breakfast and we got to enjoy Sunday afternoon pool party . Rooms are very clean and lobby was very nicely upkeep Free parking and nice amenities . The views of the sierra are fantastic

The room was clean and comfortable. We have stayed here in the past. It was odd to only have 1 bottle of water for the 2 of us. We used the tea the first night, but, it was not replenished, when the room was cleaned and neither was the personal size lotion. The glasses were left untouched, and left in place next to the bed. Which meant to me, that we were expected to clean them ourselves. Service was not what we were used to, in our previous visits.

The hotel is nice, except the air conditioner, which is blowing at one spot and hard to control between too cold and too hot. For the price of the hotel it should be upgraded. The breakfast is not a buffet style, but weirdly served by someone behind the bar. It’s a long wait and make people take more food than they need.

Relaxing and comfortable short stay after the western states ultramarathon event. Very helpful staff.

Terrible

I got in late and checked out early so not much time to check out amenities. Room was very comfortable with work station, good bed and shower!

Location high atop a hill. Design visible from I.S.80 Amenities such as a pool and spa with scenery. Welcoming staff and a tasteful cuisine.

Very bad customer service. The front worker was very rude not happy at all. We are filing every complaint we can on this hotel.
