Large and spacious with easy access in and out

No welcome info and no basics such as salt, pepper, dishwasher tablets etc.

This was a fantastic villa this is our second time here and we love it

Very clean, reasonably priced. Company communication was excellent. Supermarket and cafe within 10min walk. Taxis are quick and only around d 5-7 euros to get into town. Number 3 bus takes you to Teguise and arrecife and are every 20mims. Beautiful villa, well presented and clean.

1. Pool wasn’t heated on arrival and took most of our stay before it was usable 2. Requirement to remove all rubbish before leaving - the external bins are a 5min walk away, this was a chore we didn’t want on holiday. Also no bun bags provided. 3. Lack of oven dishes 4. No instructions on how to use the air conditioning / no welcome pack on arrival, something that could easily be added. This could include things like the local taxi number, the address needed for the taxi (las caletas, Avenida del mar 1 B7, nearest food places) bus information, nearest restaurants, numbers for takeaways etc. 5. Televisions didn’t work. Basement television didn’t work at all. Living room television took a lot of fiddling to get any sound at all. 6. Showers take a long time to warm up.

The villa was lovely, it was clean and spacious. The outdoor area was lovely too. The cleaning staff were very helpful, they let us leave our luggage at the property until check in time.

The pool was filthy when we arrived. It also had a broken filter cover and there was no pool cover. The heater was turned off too. It was day 4 before we could use the pool (freezing) and it was around the 7th/8th day before it warmed up a bit. Unfortunately there was not enough kitchen equipment. Although it can’t be helped, there was building work not far away which started around 7am and finished around 7pm. The security was a joke! Yes, there was a keypad door lock on both the gate and the front door, however, the car port door just slid right open. Any staff that came to the house used this entrance as they all knew it wouldn’t lock. There was no safe either.

location was very far from most bars & restaurants in Costa Teguise & it was good that we had a car

We were a group of 9 and it accommodated everyone and their needs

A couple of times if we had all of the electric items on it tripped out but no big deal
