Big house, good location, enough facilities

Communication was slow, house is not clean and many of the facilities needed to be maintained.

Fantastic villa! Highly recommend for families, just be aware if you have small children that are walking and love exploring(between 1 and 5 say), theres alot of stairs with no baby gates, and no way of blocking the pool so would recommend 100% for older kids and couples, for younger just have to keep your eye on them at all times! Bedrooms were fantastic and the master bedroom was stunning and the playroom was brilliant too!

Its not very close to much, so u will need to have a car or get a taxi into the main area of costa teguise but if u do get a taxi, its between 4e and 5e!

Very clean, beautifully decorated and has all facilities for cooking. Pool was clean and warm. Will definitely be back!

Location was a little way out without a car and found taxis to be a little unreliable

This property was fantastic the photos don’t do it justice .it was perfect in every way .it was spotless ,pool was fantastic and space was huge and only 4.50 in a taxi to the main square .

We liked the amount of space, the play room for the kids, the amount of towels given and the quality of the facilities.

The pool needed a good clean by the end of the stay, which they did come to clean but then we couldn’t use the pool.

Very spacious villa in a quiet location.

Staff weren't great at messaging back about questions or problems we had. We had no use of the pool for 3 days because it wasn't working (freezing cold and dirty)and after messaging the staff they never got back to us.
