USThe bed was comfortable.
The microwave and head board were filthy. The towels were all stained. When I asked for replacement towels they would only give me one and those were stained and had holes. Two of the towels had blood stains. One had obvious feces stains. The pool area, lobby, and hallways were disgusting and all needed vacuuming and mopped. The whirlpool didn't work and there was no sign.

Very nice place love that they had a full size refrigerator and freezer, the beds were fantastic and the people running the place were really really helpful loves staying there and we stayed there for 6 days

USThe only thing I could say was the staff were nice but the room was clean except for the linen.
My Linen was dirty, torn and stained. I notified the night staff and he gave me clean sheets but they didn’t not fit my bed. The cover to the mattress was stained and dirty. The two top covers not the sheets were torn and stained. I notified the morning staff and she told me nothing could be done because the cleaning staff only changed the Lenin on Mondays and Thursday and it was Saturday morning so that meant I was not going to get anything clean. I have pictures which I will try to send
