Slow check-in, not really the fault of the staff. The room wasn't the cleanest, especially the bathtub and towels. The light switch in the bathroom was broken so it stayed on all night along with the loud fan. Luckily the bed was clean enough to grab a few hours sleep, and get out of there. Which was difficult with the noise. I would not recommend unless you are low on funds.
USUSOur stay was not the greatest. We got there and I informed the lady at the front desk that our TV did not work, which was very difficult with a toddler. She told me the maintenance guy would be up shortly hours later I called. She said she was sent him straight upstairs an hour later she let me know that he had gone home for the day finally at 9:30 at night, he knocked on the door absolutely uncalled for ridiculous.
Property was poorly maintained. Hallways were never cleaned for the duration of our stay. Trash cart next to elevator overflowing. Strong odor of cigarettes and weed.

The manager! Fadi/Frank was HORRIBLE!! Our room was dirty when we were given our keys this was the SECOND room they presented us. . So we asked for a refund... we had to find another hotel. Mya was great and gave the refund. Fadi/Frank reversed the refund! And charged me even though I didn't stay there saying quote "WE NOT HERE TO PLEASE PEOPLE IF THEY DON'T LIKE IT THEY CAN LEAVE"! The hotel had many dirty rooms! Those that were cleaned by housekeeping and supposed to be ready were still DIRTY! . As we were waiting to check in- several customers came to the desk complaining about their rooms being dirty... bathtubs... showers ..etc. They had a lot of people hanging around the building. Smells of weed/dope smoking wreaked throughout the hotel....VERY BAD HOTEL WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN!! And I WILL FIGHT for my REFUND .. and would not advise ANYONE to go to this hotel!
