Excellent location due to proximity to the medical facility. Design of bathroom is unacceptable. Poor lighting. Door unable to completely close. Lukewarm shower temperature. No shower enclosure. Sewer smell in early morning because auto-exhaust fan is off. Complimentary breakfast ok, but occasionally served cold.

See above comments. Unable to get receipt other than in pesos. Unacceptable.

It’s really clean and everything is comfortable. They have delicious chilaquiles salsa verde. I’ve also had a facial and massage there before and they were acceptable.

It’s just really overpriced. It shouldn’t be so expensive but it’s hard to find a comparable hotel in Tijuana that’s so close to the border, so clean, and so comfortable.
