The price was really good

No refrigerator and only double beds available

The beds in the room are a bit short, and a person of 180 cm tall couldn't fit their legs. The pillows are uncomfortable, like sleeping on a rock. There are no travel kits in the room, even though this is a five-star hotel. The soundproofing is very poor, and you can hear cars driving down the street all night. We weren't able to enjoy the breakfast because we had an early check-out, and the hotel refused to provide us with a lunchbox, even though we had a small child with us and we asked for one for him. Upon check-in, they charged us a deposit and promised to return it after check-out. When we were checking out, the receptionist said everything was fine and they would return the deposit that day. Two weeks have passed, and they still haven't returned anything. The hotel initially responded and said they needed 72 hours, but then stopped responding to messages altogether. This whole deposit situation looks like some kind of fraud on the hotel's part.

Amazing privacy with the jacuzzi suite. Check in was fast and professional.

Cleaning staff should do room cleaning in thr afternoon and not the morning when customers are likely sleeping late. Cleaning lady came knocking on our door at 8am which woke me up.

It’s always clean and comfortable and overall the staff are respectful. 24 hours room service.

There was a smell coming from the shower and they couldn’t change me rooms. They did have someone come and pour something down the drain and cover it which helped.
