Hotel Indigo Flushing - LaGuardia

Nothing, hopefully I never stayed at the property and my money was still taken.

I have actually stayed at the hotel, they still did not want to refund my money and didn’t. I think it’s messed up that hotels do that. Why not take half if anything but the whole price ? Even though I didn’t get a chance to make the trip to the hotel ? Really ?

Dans ma chambre il y avait un problème avec la clim qui faisait un bruit énorme et s’arrêtait tout le temps Mais déjà installée avec mon enfant et étant arrivée très tard à cause des vols annulés (neige) je n’ai pas bronché Pareil pour ma chambre qui était du coup bien petite avec 2 lits et 2 grandes valises ; le fauteuil dans ce genre de chambre n’est pas indispensable ça prend de la place . Le réceptionniste m’a cela dit demandé à mon arrivée si ça ne me dérangeait pas d’avoir 2 lits mais après 1 journée d’attente de vols, la fatigue et la fatigue de mon fils et découvrant l’hôtel pour la 1 ère fois je n’ai pas fait la difficile. Porte salle de bains abîmée et le tapis dans la chambre paraissait sale avait une couleur douteuse

didn’t love how far it was from the subway station, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. My only real complaint is that the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned — there was dust, and the room smelled like smoke from the previous guest. I had to speak with a supervisor to have it addressed. Other than that, everything was fine. If the bathroom had been clean properly during my stay, I would’ve had no complaints and gave this hotel 10/10
