Good value for money

Loud in the morning, bathroom door does not lock and has glass panel /somewhat see through

Worse customer service. Difficult to get hold of someone . I talked with a customer service to book. He confirmed there was a shuttle to the airport. I asked many times about the shuttle before agreeing to the booking. After booking I waited and it was not a shuttle. I requested a refund and they are not getting back to me. Only for booking is a real person after that, the “support” is an automated system. It took me 30 minutes to get hold of someone that transfer me to the automated system again.

Good location. Comfortable bed. Clean.

For the record when we checked in to the hotel the person at receptionist apologized for the topsy turvy process due to Booking.com. In recompense he gave us a voucher for breakfast at Little Uluh and a delayed check out of 1pm. But LU did not open for breakfast and we were told it was operated by a separate company. In this case why give us a voucher for a free breakfast? As for the delayed check out, this speaks for itself. I also asked for a room facing away from the view of Manhattan and this was ignored. Also the toilet doesn't flush properly. The right curtain on the main window is stuck. The revolving door in the main entrance is broken and cordoned off, along with one of the two swing door exits. The door to the emergency staircase next to our room doesn't close properly which is a fire code violation.

Seeing the manhattan views during New Year’s Eve was worth spending $500 for one night stay

For $500 a night a full buffet breakfast should have been included

They text me to follow up my stay. So warm.

I ordered 3 adults and 1 kid but only with 3 sets of towels. Maybe it’s because I’m early checking in. After the request of 4 sets of towel, they immediately action.
