"The stay was pleasant, and the staff was accommodating."

I like the continental breakfast. The location was close to our family member's home.

I put in a request when I booked to have a ground floor room. When we arrived, we were told our room was on the second floor. My uncle uses a walker and cannot go upstairs the front desk put us in a different room but the air conditioner was not working well and the room had some partially used items. .
