Quality Inn Monroe

This place is nasty and dirty. The room had a real bad smell the ac was very noisy. The curtains had dark stains on them. Stains on the floor and the bathroom was filthy. My husband went back to the office and reported this and they said they couldn’t switch the room and they couldn’t give us a refund. Management didn’t even send nobody to clean the room. This was my worst experience EVER!!!! Will never stay at that place, nor any other quality inn because the quality was beyond horrible

I didn’t like anything about that nasty place

The breakfast was good. The front desk was friendly.

beds were old and had a old plastic mattress protector that was crumbled up was worse than a nursing home. You require a pet deposit but the first room that we went into smelled very stong like urine. Why would you have carpet in rooms that you hace pets and not clean them properly. The old nasty carpet should be torn out. The mattresses should be replaced and you should use proper mattress protectors I have pictures and it was awful. No alarm clocks or upgraded phone chargers. Very pricey for the quality of the place. The carpet in the hallway is bleach stained. Guest were allowed to stay in a room where dogs were not allowed becaause the owner was friends with them. Very unprofessional and the upkeep was unsatisfactory.

I didn’t like nothing. Mold on the ceiling in room and restroom. There was a cockroach. The room smell so bad and end it up the next room people diced to smoke marihuana late night by the air conditioner all the smell went into the room. The launch room the trash cans were sooo dirty. The worse hotel I had stay.
