It was great

Safe location. Very dated and aged. However, if you are on a serious budget you cannot beat it. Clean sheets comfortable bed . Clean room. Staff at reception friendly. One of the closest affordable motels near to hot Springs, state diamond park and state forest park.

Clean quiet will stay again if in the area

-tub was dirty and has been for a long time -the parking lot had trash all over -about 1/2 room light bulbs missing -booking.com stated a 4-5 rating (NOT!!) -bed was old and had sagged, dramatically -wi-fi inop (and old reviews show it has been in the past) -this is a wyndham property, they need to monitor their hotels

Awful fixtures. Smelled overwhelmingly of urine. Smelled like the inside of a Porta-potty on a warm day. Probably other horrific things happening but I was completely exhausted. I think one of the hobo’s staying here asked if I wanted to fight but I was too tired to care.

We check in and it was so bad that we did not even stay we asked for our money back and they said we have to talk to expedia never again will i book a hotel online now im out 117.00 for a hotal that we did not even stay at

It was very easy to check in and out of the hotel and the staff was great. The only problem was that there was an odd smell in the room and the air was off but after a few mins with the air on and the door open it went away.

Have been traveling to Arkadelphia for several years once or twice per year. Missed last year and call several low cost hotels/motels as I have a bad back and NEED to sleep in a recliner. I was assured by Ima that the room booked would have said recliner and be on the ground floor. I call the Friday prior to going (Sat night reservation) and confirm two rooms with at least one recliner. Surprise - first the rooms were upstairs (of course no elevator.) When I complained, the person I had spoken with the previous night told the new help to put me in 103 down stairs. After going to the room and no recliner, went back to the frond desk and was told the only room with a recliner was upstairs. Climb the stairs and see photo attached - no recliner - I end up trying to sleep but ended up missing work the following week due to the pain in my back.

Ice machine, wifi not working. Clean room except badly stained carpet. Not even coffee avail at 6 am, breakfast was promised.

I was looking to save a few bucks, and the reviews of this hotel seemed decent, but man oh man was I deceived. I walked into a dark room and tried to flip on the light switch. Broken. No light. Seems like they knew the light didn’t work because there were four lamps placed around the room. Only one of the lamps worked though, the others were broken. One lamp didn’t even have a light bulb in it. The bugs on the table were quite friendly though. As I looked around I noticed that there were no hand towels, no trash can, and someone had stolen the iron from above the ironing board. The toilet paper holder was broken so it was just sitting on the floor. The bed pillows were not normal pillows, they were miniature throw pillows so I had to push all of them together to sort of make a makeshift pillow big enough for my head. The bed was less than comfortable, it may have given me scoliosis. All in all I have NO idea how this hotel has a 3/5 rating. Maybe my room was just trashed, but seriously, if I had to do it all over again I would just sleep in my car. Even though I got the room for $40 I’d say I got ripped off.
