Days Inn by Wyndham Caddo Valley Arkadelphia

Our stay was horrible!!! We checked in at 4:00(which wasn't good, the card I used online to make reservations would not work so had to use a different card) We went to our room later in the evening, our blanket on our bed look like a dog attacked it, the a/c did not work correctly, the blow dryer and coffee pot were very dirty and didn't work. Next morning around 6:30 am we went down for coffee and breakfast, there was none! The employee couldn't understand English at all! The room smelled

The room was so dirty and smelt.so bad that it made my youngest daughter sick. It was advertised as sleeping 5, but it only had 2 beds that were smaller than full size beds. The breakfast was nonexistent. It was awful

When we arrived the clerk acted like it was such a chore to check us in. The same was true when we checked out. Breakfast was cereal. The chafing dish was not used even tho when I asked the night before, I was told they had a hot breakfast. No decaf coffee either. The air conditioner in the room sounded like a lawn mower engine. Even the steps to go up to the second floor were not even, the first one was at least 2 inches higher than the rest. Not safe at all.

Disgusting dirty rat/mouse drippings in sink and all over room dirty sheets not fit for a dog to sleep in let alone my children had to get another room across the street and management not available every time I call back.

If you're looking for a place to shower and lay your head for an evening or two, it's perfectly suitable. The beds were decent and the A/C was primo. The water pressure in the shower was surprisingly good, but the shower didn't drain the best. Overall, the cleanliness needed work, but I got the sense that there were changes being made to the rooms. It did have a lovely smoking room-remnant smell, but I don't know that it really affected the stay. There were also a mini-fridge and a microwave in the room, but I didn't use them, nor did I turn on the TV, though it was nice-sized. The breakfast was the standard fare in hotels like this: waffle-maker, some bread/pastries, sausage, and eggs...the coffee was subpar, but I'm a coffee-snob.

If your are looking for a bed and shower at a cheap rate, this place is as good as most similarly priced, and better than some. The mattress in our room was worn out, and I felt like I was sleeping in a hammock. The room was not very clean. The shower head gave out a very weak stream. However, everything worked, the place was quiet, convenient to some restaurants and gas stations, and seemed safe. Didn't find any bedbugs, but the room did have a few ants. I wouldn't want to stay there for a week, but for a quick overnight, if you're on a tight budget, it'll get you by.

Room was a nice midquality facility. Good place for an overnight stop when traveling. Did have mini fridge in room.

The only reason that I stopped here was that I had stayed in the area before (at another property) and I was too tired to continue driving. The room was small, it wasn’t very clean and the clerk had a crappy attitude. Since my plan was again to stay at a another property (which had changed hands) and that didn’t happen, I just decided to make the best of a bad situation. While the stay wasn’t the worst that I ever experienced, I don’t plan on stopping there again; nor would I recommend the property to other travelers.

Our room door was broken and it took several key makes to gets key that would work for our door. The bathtub was dirty like it hadn't been used in a long time. I cleaned it out with hot water and soap myself. The location was great and my check in staff was wonderful. She bent over backwards getting us into the room. Not to bad for price. So you really do get what you pay for. But it was a busy weekend and no rooms were available at our normal hotel we stay in. Also continental breakfast was available but we chose to eat elsewhere. The pool was dirty and not filled but it was still cold weather outside. I would only stay there again if I absolutely had too.
