Nice to have a pool and gym. Big area with double bathroom. Good location

The beds were not comfortable and the one in the master felt like it tipped downward at the head. There also felt like a wooden beam in it or something that dug into my hip all night.

Great location. Good response from staff when complaints made. The living room was well decorated and comfortable.

There was moss and mould in one of the shower rooms. Kyan responded quickly and organised for deep cleaning to be done. It was a temporary measure but in all honesty the room needed to be refurbished. Decent mugs were replaced in the kitchen. Dissapointed there was no microwave as no cooking was allowed. We were informed of this after we had paid up.
