Carpark is dusty. Bidet hose in the unit I stayed was leaking. One of the hangers provided in the smaller bedroom was broken

Check in was straightforward

The property was not in an acceptable condition for the cost. The walls were visibly dirty and scratched and the towels provided were stained. The furniture was extremely minimal giving the space a sparse and poorly equipped feel. While some basic cutlery, dishes and cups were available there was almost nothing suitable for cooking despite the property being advertised as having a kitchen. In addition I did not realise that the iron that was provided was rusty and dirty, and it damaged one of my shirts when I used it. Overall the lack of cleanliness, inadequate facilities, and misleading description made the stay disappointing. I would not recommend this property.

Convenient location, walking distance to alot of eateries.

By far, the worst stay ever of my entire life. Never agreed to the unit 8-22-8 penthouse and recommend you not to not use this service provider. 1. bad up kept of the unit with significant cleanliness issue. the room was dirty, with dust and visible stains on the bedding, walls and ceiling. Ants in the unit, which made for a very uncomfortable night. Aircond is not working for some of the rooms. 2.Unhelpful service provided by telling us to take it as it is. - regarding to the 'extra bed' they arrange for the unit capacity of 12 persons , where the mattress is as thin as a picnic mat and were place on floor without any structure to hold the so call mattress and putting it near the mold wall is u acceptable 3. 90% of the standard amenities was not provided and was not informed prior. Basic expected amenities such as drinking water, tissue, toothbrush and tooth paste to name a few was not provided and was not clearly stated anywhere. The unit is for 12 people but only have 6 chairs (1 broken chair) and 1 table that fit 6 . Also there are restrictions that was not communicated prior us such as not allowing us to use the jacuzzi and no cooking allowed.
