Days Inn by Wyndham Pratt

My first impression was that there was a strong odor of garlic in the lobby, which was not appealing. The room is very tired. The remote did not work. The blow dryer did not work. When plugging things in items would not stay in the outlet… They just fell out. Newer granite was installed, but they covered the bottom outlet in the bathroom leaving only one outlet.. that was comical! The air conditioner was weak, the window cloudy so you couldn’t see out, The good….water pressure in the shower was great! No bugs! Mattress was comfortable. Staff was friendly

Room was very outdated, bathroom door was half off the hinges and wouldn't shut, sheets were clean, but it was a lousy room.

Nice quiet motel.

Need to do a better job at the breakfast IE fruit , waffles

Hotel needs updating. Check in online charged me again even though I already paid on Hotels.com. Once we arrived the front desk was super friendly and went out of their way to help us, and also gave us a 1st floor room as requested. Room needed paint badly, and a remodel, and new doors. The shower was surprisingly nice. Room had a large fridge with freezer, and bed was comfortable. We slept well. Hotel is convenient to fast food restaurants, and walking distance to Walmart.

The bed was very nicely made. Clean and crisp. And very comfortable. Water was Hot. Loved it. Everything was clean. Just waiting for me to come in and relax. The gentleman at the office was wonderful. Very polite and caring. I had a good stay here.

The location was okay.

It said it was remodeled and there wasn't nothing remodeled. The floors were laminate which was probably all that was remodeled. Laminate in a motel is not appealing nor a comfort . Everything was very dated for a Days Inn.

It was a great check in. I appreciate that.
