Days Inn by Wyndham Pratt

Check-in was efficient and staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Room door parking to offload & load luggage is a huge bonus. On the downside… areas needing attention were lights switches, baseboards, under the sink area and doors & doorjambs. Bathrooms desperately need updating but are functional. On the upside .. the room was spacious and had good wifi. Heat worked fine. The bed was super comfy with crisp clean linens. We had such a wonderful sleep. Was a typical continental breakfast, passable…we’re not there to dine. Overall impression on arrival is the place is clean outside and in. Great price point. If they paid attention to the ‘little cleaning’ details by either cleaning or painting to tidy up previously mentioned areas, this place would shine! It met our needs. As snowbirds passing through, we will stay again.

Room was clean and had ample space with one king bed.. Bathtub had been repainted and some of the paint and worn off. Visible area under the sink was painted, but not pleasant to look at from the room. Breakfast was minimal. Next door to Walmart and McDonald's. Exterior of building needed some repair. Decent place to stay for the price.

Bathroom tub had paint in various areas either had been painted previously and it was coming off or had been spot painted. Under the sink had chipped paint and partial divider from previous construction. Floor wasnt clean, had pieces of mud and other things stuck to foot when got into bed that we hadnt tracked in. Initially when first opened the door, it smelled as though someone had pooped in the bathroom and the room lingered of a poop smell for a while. Bed was comfortable.

The linens were dirty. There was no ash tray. The bed was uncomfortable.

The breakfast being served was packets of oatmeal, packaged pastries, cereal, bad coffee and orange juice. The other Days Inn I have stayed in, at least made an effort to put out warm food and drinks that were decent. I asked for a smoking room and upon walking in you could tell the previous guests didn’t just smoke tobacco. The room was spacious but had to be aired out and sprayed with fresheners. When I was checking out, the desk attendant seemed upset that I was there. I would not want to stay there again unless I had to.

When we arrived, there was dirt and hair in the sink. The sheets were a dingy grey but the bed was actually quite comfortable. The next morning, breakfast was almost a joke. I went down shortly after 9 a.m. to get more coffee and the office was shut and locked. NO COFFEE. I have never heard of a motel locking their guests out of coffee.

Cleanliness most of all.
