My check in agent, Michelle was super friendly and accommodating. However what really impressed me was the next morning, I overslept and arrived down for breakfast a little after the breakfast posing time. The area was pretty much all closed up but as she was in the area and guessed I arrived late, she insisted on opening everything up again just for me with "Nobody goes hungry here!" Needless to say I was extremely grateful and thoroughly satisfied with my stay.

It was dated, definitely not 5 star, but great value.
