Riverside Hotel

Clean, quiet, nice staff.

Comfortable room for a one night stay passing by Belle Chasse.

Friendly staff

It's an older hotel, so you get what you pay for. A bit must smelling probably from the old carpet. The plug ins were very old, they wouldn't hold my charger. But the staff were very nice.

All in all it was fine. Good variety breakfast choices. All in all clean. Although would have appreciated more housekeeping. We stayed 4 nights sheets were never changed, room never cleaned. Fresh towels were offered once!!

The staff was very friendly and outgoing, rooms were clean and breakfast was nice. Would recommend!

I stayed two nights. At the checking I asked to have the room cleaned and my bed done and trash removed after the first night, but nothing happened. Lot of nosy movements during the night, slamming doors and loud people.

Rooms were good price and clean. A little noisy with trains starting around 6 AM in the morning. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any of our questions.
