Alicia was amazing: welcoming, cheerful, friendly, helpful. Wonderful! Sherry the next morning was also wonderful: enjoyed talking with her about Gulf Coast phenomena, GREAT guidance on cruise terminal access, driving. Very nice, affordable, comfortable hotel 20 minutes from downtown.

Check in and out was easy and simple. The room and bathroom was clean. The bath towels were nice and thick. The price of the room was great! We will stay there again!

Everything was ok first day but next morning there was no water at all … couldn’t shower or use toilet and brushed my teeth with a bottle of water that I had to buy, nobody even said sorry .. very disappointing.
