Great location, clean, friendly/welcoming staff. Tower fan provided- Especially great for top floor room! Value for money.

Breakfast was nice-Poached egg was cooked just right! however,slightly disappointing as no additional items were added in replacement of non GF items (sausage and hash brown) so made it a little smaller portion. Could have been an oversight.

Hotel was very clean beds just like home, food amazing and staff could not do enough.

I got upgraded to a beautiful sea view room, stunning sunset and quirky gingham furnishings. I loved it. Clean as a whistle too and good size bathroom and shower.

We feel we have found a little gem. The hotel is a delight. We received a lovely welcome from Ian and Matt. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive from the minute we walked through the door. The hotel is beautifully decorated, definitely boutique standard. The rooms are light and airy with lovely furnishings. The bed was comfortable with plump pillows. The en-suite bathroom was finished to a high standard with lovely soap/shower gel. Our room was on the third floor at the back of the hotel and although we overlooked rooftops we had a lovely view of the surrounding park around the Great Orme. The owner Ian is so lovely. You can tell he cares about his guests. Oh and if you are a dog owner….the dogs are accommodated and spoiled rotten. There is a lovely restaurant which is beautifully decorated but serves he most amazing choice of breakfast. We also enjoyed an evening meal and finished with a fantastic Welsh Cheeseboard. There is lots of information on a large screen at reception and also lots of information about the surrounding area, day trips etc. We will be back

Minor….we visited at the weekend and there was some noise from people leaving the pubs etc. My husband thought he could hear washing machines/dryers but I didn’t.
