Beautiful friendly hotel in great location. Lovely rooms with good shower etc. Little details that are often missed in hotel rooms, eg a well lit mirror with a hairdryer and nearby plug so you can actually use it with the mirror, so often not the case. Staff really friendly and helpful. Looking forward to returning

Small (as advertised) but nicely decorated room. Good location and facilities. Really enjoyed the table service breakfast each morning, very good quality.

Centrally located and very close to the beach front.

The room advertised was a small double which was fine, however our view was looking out on the fire staircase. Small doubles are not advertised as being located at back of hotel which was a negative.

Arrived, looked nice in the down stairs area, got to our room and was shocked to find blood spatter on the bedsheets and dog hair. Went to reception to ask for another room they quickly sorted it.. But I did not book a dog friendly room, I'm allergic to dogs, came out in hives straight away!. The other room was dirty, the carpet was dirty and not smelt pleasent, very dingy room, very old. The mattress was the worst I've ever tried to lay on every spring and rim you could feel, and sank into the thing, head was filthy. Not a pleasent stay was going to set of home, didn't want to be there. I'll be blunt worst hotel room we have ever stayed in I'm sorry to say.

Did not like anything about it!!

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, excellent food…couldn’t really ask for any more. Made our stay here a very enjoyable experience

Perfect location, comfortable bed

Could hear sounds like even light switches etc from other rooms. 2 little body wash/shampoo for a 3 night stay when said luxury toiletries (weren’t stocked up) also says streaming services on TV but wasn’t the case
