The staff are incredible, friendly, jolly and helpful.They really made our holiday. The food was freshly cooked, with a great choice for breakfast and some great early evening offers. The location is second to none, right opposite the prom and beach.

Like most hotels in Llandudno parking can be a problem at busy times.

The staff, the breakfast, the room, restaurant and bar were very nice. I was able to park for free on the road outside between 4pm and 10am every night.
