Great location, lovely staff ,had excellent meal with friends in the evening ,very relaxing restaurant.Very good breakfast next morning .

I did tell the staff of the uncomfortable mattress,shame otherwise all lovely.

The location is perfect, the seating area outside and the friendly staff.

The room was very small. There was a smell of peroxide in our room in the morning that was extremely strong and we had to get out of the room.

Overall an excellent experience, staff were friendly and helpful dinner was 1st class especially the sea bass. Breakfast was excellent. Hayley and Matt provovided a 1st rate service as did all the othe staff, unfortunatly I cannor recall thier names to mention them. Location could not have been better.👍👍👍😀

"Lovely Stay"

The best dog friendly hotel we have stayed in. It was very clean unlike some of the dog friendly hotel rooms we have stayed in the past there's always that musky doggy smell. Not here though it was very clean.

Everything was great. Only fault I can think of is we had no milk for a tea but I did bring my own long life milk anyway so that wasn't a problem. We would book a sea front room next time.

"Overnight stay in Llandudno"

Great location on North Parade. Nice clean room and en suite bathroom. Very comfortable. Very good breakfast including fish choice, kippers. Staff very friendly and efficient.I like the dog friendly accommodation, even though I travelled without a dog of my own.

Could be difficult to get parking close to the hotel. Pot luck with parking availability.

Good location across from pier and beach. Good breakfast and excellent choice not just full welsh breakfast , eggs benedicts, kippers. American pancakes. Lovely cocktails and evening dinner. our 3rd stay will be back again. Tip book bb/ dinner we have previously just booked bb and during our stay booked a table for dinner separately but doing this you are charged 10%service charge added to your overall bill. We are x hospitality and don't agree with this practice and if we want to tip for our service then we do so at our discretion.

10% service charge added to resturant bill . Should be discretional. If you want to leave a tip this should be your choice not a percentage. People need to budget in these sorry economic times.
