"Very comfortable and excellent position"

Rooms clean and everything we needed, excellent food.

Had an evening meal and was seated where there were dogs and this caused a problem for my allergy, breakfast we were seated in main restaurant where dogs were not allowed

Good location lovely welcoming staff. Nice restaurant and lovely food the lemon white chocolate cheese cake was delicious 😋. The young lady at the bar makes a really yummy expresso martini one of the best we've had. Nice breakfast with a good choice and table service much better than the usual breakfast buffet. Can say breakfast better than the bigger hotels st George imperial amongst others. Thank you to all the team for a pleasant stay.

"A lovely place to stay"

The staff were lovely and friendly, The room was modern and had a smart TV which is really hard to find when we have been staying in Llandudno, also it was a very convenient area right by the pier and near center very easily accessible to get to attractions. Bed was comfortable just overall a very nice modern room ☺️

The original room we booked wasn't completely up to my standards We were kindly given an upgrade. The only thing I wasn't amazed by was the shower head in the upgraded room but everything else was lovely.

10/10 experience! 🌟 The location is incredible and the new room upgrades are beautiful—the view from our Queen Sea View room was absolutely perfect. Huge thanks to Matt and the rest of the team for being so attentive. They helped me organize an amazing birthday surprise, and the cake was world-class!

The shower in the shower can have more flow of water.
