Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts and dinner. Room very comfortable and clean and very reasonable rates so booked an extra night.

We have stayed in lots of accommodation in Llandudno over the years, including this one in 2020, but covid times saw lots of restrictions etc, this time we were able to fully enjoy the hotel! We were greeted by a friendly welcome at reception, very helpful staff, the rooms were spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust, fluffy white hand and bath towels, lots of tea, coffee etc and the kettle was spotless inside, the room had lots of storage, the bed was firm but comfortable, we had a great night's sleep. The location is superb and the breakfast was a 10/10! We will be back!

Excellent location within easy reach of Conference centre and local facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We dined at Tudno's Restaurant on the last night of our stay. The food was very good but there was a long delay in service resulting in us being late for the event which we were attending.

Excellent hotel with great facilities. Location in the perfect place. Breakfast was very good & a table service so everything was hot & cooked very well. The hotel was clean & tidy with great facilities & options. Cannot fault the place. The crowning glory of this hotel was the staff all are helpful friendly & go above & beyond to make sure your stay is excellent. Highly recommend this hotel is among the best I’ve ever stayed in.

Parking is an issue in the whole of Llandudno. Due to the council’s short sighted approach on introducing fee paying parking on most streets. I feel sorry for the hoteliers & staff who work hard to make a living & are hog tied with these short sighted regulations
