Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Macon

The room was a room so it kept me from being exposed from the elements

First room they put me in has a sopping wet bathroom floor. Second one they put me in had no cold water so when I took a a shower I could only get into the water spray for a few seconds at a time so that I wouldn't get scalded. When I checked out of the room the next morning they said they knew about the problem. So the question is, why did they give me that room? Also, furniture looks like DIY furniture that a high school shop class made. Doesn't belong in a hotel.

The room was filthy, crawling with roaches, sheets and pillow cases were dirty. Shower curtain rod was broken, there was mildew growing in the bathroom. Just disgusting.

Nothing at this hotel they way they speak to humans are the most unnatural meaning they think because there hotel a 55$ they can speak to people nasty and disrespectful, I didn’t like anything at this hotel anything customer service is a nasty person that sit there speaking to people who have paid them ! The maids who change lien is nasty old and disgusting attitudes I will never never come back to this hotel and don’t advise anyone either

The sheets are dirty like they don’t wash them no whiteness of bleach rooms are bad with roachs and etc they day I left was the day they had Mexicans rentivation to upgrade they dirty as rooms with ac that don’t work! These people are nasty they think black people should say anything about there service and take the disrespect I want and believe this there skin is dark as ours! Funny really ! They go around ask people to do survey for $5 and people lying saying it good it’s a lot people that sell and us drugs in this hotel!

Do not book here. Nasty rude and disgusting. Roaches rats and nasty sheets. They don’t clean the rooms just straighten everything back up
