Le Se7t Penthouses

The apartment was clean and reasonably quiet. The half-dozen bottles of water in the refrigerator were a pleasant surprise. Undoubtedly the best features of this apartment were its location (within walking distance of the historical center of the city) and the free off-street (although unpaved) parking.

Some surprising omissions: no drawers anywhere for clothing, no shelf in the shower, no instructions on how to use the coffee machine.

Excellent location. Super clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Super roomy & room was as presented online.

The location was good.

The unit was on the 2nd floor directly overlooking a construction site/ quasi parking lot ( unsecured). The unit was dirty ( vents had black mold and dust, headboard severely stained). The furniture in the unit ( dining room chair, kitchen island stool) were broken. The glass shower door was missing a stopper and presented a serious shatter hazard. The electrical outlet in the living room was exposed. The keypad stopped working on the 2nd day and we needed to collect a physical key from the concierge to access the unit after much delay one morning. We raised our concerns with the property manager Ellen R. but unfortunately they were unable to assist with fixing the issues ( reason given was that it was a weekend and no one was available) or moving us to an alternate unit. We were promised a refund but now Ellen no longer responds to our texts, so I imagine this won't happen. This is not a unit that should be rented out for short term stays- it is ugly, dirty and has no support if issues arise ( and there were plenty of issues).

Amazing views from the large balcony and easy walking distance to downtown. The apartment was impeccably clean and really comfortable

Just would have been helpful with a few more instructions on where to find things and it was a shame that the pool was being repaired

Great location and well appointed apartment.

I booked this the same day of the stay to escape a horror Airbnb, I rushed to booking.com to book a new stay and I quickly received access to this wonderful penthouse apartment. I received an email with a door code and instructions, super smooth. The apartment was spacious with two ensuite bedrooms all with magnificent city views in all areas of the apartment. As pictured. comfortable and generously equipped. You'll need to take a car to downtown, but to our surprise we had amazing restaurants and coffee shop at walking distance.
