Le Se7t Penthouses

New, modern (marble, quartz, etc), clean, bedrooms at opposite ends for privacy. Great, long balcony if you’re there in the warmer months.

The location is close to a mile from Old Montreal, but with that said, Griffintown (the neighborhood the penthouse is in) is very happening - lots of great restaurants and bars.

The location was ideal for us. We wanted quiet but walkable and this was perfect.

The hosts were not communicating well. On booking I usually receive emails before arrival about how to pick up the keys and other details. But I had to ask multiple times before getting a response. I also had questions during the stay and they were not answered at all.

It's a very luxurious penthouse apartment. Very lavishly decorated. The decor is very modern and high class. Fully equipped kitchen, huge space, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bathroom is huge with walk-in shower. Great views of downtown Montreal through the huge glass windows. Nice little balconies.

The floor could have been cleaner. There was some sort of fabric dust always sticking to the feet. The showerhead in the master bathroom was loose, so I couldn't change its angle.

The size of the apartment is decent. Good shower, heat and ac worked well, has a washer and dryer. There are many restaurants within walking distance.

No check in instructions or front desk personnel. The bed is listed as full(which doesn't work for 2 small/average adults.) We ended up taking the sofa bed mattress and putting it on the floor as it had no support when on the sofa. The apartment is severely lacking in maintenance: both bar stools were falling apart, 2 of the table chairs backs pulled off when moving a chair, an uncovered electrical outlet, bedroom smoke alarm half off the wall, dirty floors, water sitting in the dishwasher, dryer lint tray full, and worst of all...the 3/4" gap around the front door which could be opened using a credit card slid down the gap in the door frame. The photos shows the amount of light due to the gap, and how the lock mechanism had screws coming out. The "garden view" was an empty, garbage strewn dirt lot. No balcony. There was no response to 2 calls left with the property manager and there was no one at the front desk to address problems.

Did not have breakfast on the premise, but location afforded us a couple of great options. Liked September Cafe. Also visited Maman.

Amazing location that was a short walker everywhere. Great restaurants nearby.

Good location, nice building, nice furniture and finishes

The living room couch looks nice but it’s kind of small. The beds also seemed to be smaller than queen size.

Spacious apartment, all the amenities were available. Close to our conference venue. Penthouse apartment with fantastic skyline views of Montreal.

On the booking we were not told of our apartment number. But this was sorted out quickly by the helpful concierge.

Space internally good . Location good overall . Clean & light bright . Beds very comfy . TV good.

Air con not great in bedrooms. Controls didn’t work/ regulate . Shower in one bathroom ( the non en-suite bathroom) did not have great pressure . Very poor communications regarding how to get access. We heard nothing whatsoever from the owners prior to / on arrival . We had not been sent any access codes nor email comms Despite calling the owner 4 times and calling the intercom in the lobby for the owners which didn’t work . Waited outside until 10:30 pm until we got a message via Booking.Com Not great after a long day - hugely stressful - but thankfully we finally got in
