Die Zimmer sind ziemlich abgewohnt, z. B. Brandflecken in der Couch. Als Schlafsofa ist es keineswegs nutzbar, da man jede Metallstrebe im Rücken spürt. Das Bett dagegen war okay.

The room could have been cleaner. Broken furniture should be replaced.

The staff was most helpful and friendly! I left my overnight bag in the breakfast area when I checked out. A staff member called me and they very kindly copied pages of my calendar for me and then had my bag delivered. All interactions were polite, professional and above and beyond helpful! I was very happy with my stay and my interactions with staff.

The smell and the drawers wouldn’t stay in the dresser it smelled like weed in lobby bad

We attempted to check in around midnight. It was an online booking later in the evening because we were close to the middle-point of a road trip. Upon arriving at the hotel, there was no one at the desk. We called out in the lobby and even called the hotel phone several times but we never could never get anyone to the desk for check in. We did notice while waiting their card machine was out of order. They had signs posted that the ice machine was out of order. In the breakfast area had a sign on the waffle makers that they were out of order as well. We had to book with another hotel for the night as we never saw any staff to get checked in.
