I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Udaan Dekeling Resort, Darjeeling. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled perfectly. Check-in process was very smooth and quick. The staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel comfortable immediately after a long journey. The rooms were extremely clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. Housekeeping deserves special appreciation for maintaining such high standards of cleanliness. The food was delicious and well prepared. Every meal was served fresh and the taste was excellent. The dining experience added a lot to our pleasant stay. What impressed me the most was the hospitality and polite behaviour of the staff. Everyone was very courteous, helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism truly reflects the quality of the Udaan group. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend Udaan Dekeling, Darjeeling to anyone looking for comfortable rooms, good food and warm hospitality in the beautiful hills of Darjeeling. Thank you to the entire team including Abhinay, Siddharth, Gauri and all for making our stay so pleasant. Looking forward to visiting again.
