The property is just superb, excellently located, superb staff, very warm welcome and service. Beautiful view of the valley and the Himalayan range, including Kanchenjunga. I visited the hotel with my family for the vacation and it’s worth it. Starting from ambiance to rooms and the service of the staff whether from reception, restaurant or housekeeping it was excellent. Food was also very tasty although it is a pure veg. Especially thanks to front desk staff who helped me regarding the details of the sightseen and arranged us the cab (Abhinay, Shreya, Deepan and Swarnim). I have enjoyed a lot and surely will be visiting again next time. Really you guys are awesome 👍👍👍

The best property i visited in Darjeeling the staff are awesome the food wow and the view is just mesmerizing. Udaan Dekeling is a must visit when you visit Darjeeling.

not good property also poor service in darjling , not proper welcome on guest washroom or drinking water issue on arrival also room not proper hygiene thanks ggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg

Food is great. Service of Riya and Prayesh were excellent. Nice hotel and memorable stay. Darjeeling tea is much better here. View from hotel is good. Especially thanks to Restaurant team for helping us during our stay

We loved everything. Mr Abhinay and ms swarnim looked after us very well. The decor, ambience, views, comfort of the room, travel facility, excellent cuisine and the serenity experienced go unmatched.
