Great experience to stay with family. Great hospitality by Mr Abhinay Rai and Mr Gyalzen lama at Reception has to kind to check in early with my family. They helped us with information regarding local sightseeing and their property. Highly recommend. Well visit again 🙏

This place is very good for stays. Very welcoming staff. Nice place for photo genic people. Lawang, Jugal, Sourav & all the others staff is very good and co-operative. Food is also very Good. Here is only Veg Food available. But, Taste is nice. Thanks a lot Udaan Dekeling.

Amazing experienced of staying here. There s wonderful n excellent service from all the staff over here, with friendly n polite behaviour with all the clients. Food was of different delicious varieties and pure veg. Room was cozy well maintainedand the view Was breaktaking mesmerizing.and especially thanks to Ms Riya and team

The hotel is located quite far from the main areas of interests. The quality of food served is low. The restaurant staff need to trained to understand customer needs. There is considerable delay in serving the a la carte menu.

The property is very nice and clean. But, I did not like the staff behaviour, they don't listen to your problems at all.

We stayed at the property in summer. There is only 1 restaurant onsite and very limited food option. My entire family had food poisoning after eating lunch. The buffet breakfast was also very ordinary. We learnt many other people were also having food poisoning after talking to some people that morning. Staff is good. The food area could be kept cleaner

ここの冬は避けてください。 ロケーションと建物はおしゃれですが、 暖房はありません。寒くてベットから出れません。 食事もベジタリアンですが、美味しくないです。 シャワーはお湯が安定しなくて、 気温5度の中、冷たい水が出ます。 インターネットはよく途切れます。 何度も停電しました。 最悪の経験です。 Avoid winter here. The location and building are stylish, but There is no heating. It's cold and I can't get out of bed. The food is vegetarian, but it's not tasty. The hot water in the shower was unstable, Cold water comes out even when the temperature is 5 degrees. The internet often drops out. There were many power outages. It's the worst experience.

It was an excellent choice. You get hill views from rooms. Food was tasty. Had a great vacation in hotel
