"Just Great Place"

Stayed again this year and it is even better than last years review. Rooms are all remodeled, very nice clean comfortable. Beds are new mattresses and good quality . Owners very friendly and make sure your stay is comfortable. If you can find a nicer small motel its not within 100 miles !!!!

Was very nice. Nice and clean. All I used it for was to sleep at night. But very nice. I will make it a point to stay here again when im up that way.

By far the best place to stay when in Erie. Owners are AWESOME people. Excellent remodeled rooms. Clean, fresh smelling and very comfortable. Right in the middle of wine country.

Small family owned motel. Everything was updated and nice. Bed was comfortable. Dishes and pans provided were new. We chose this motel because of the good reviews even though it was not as close to the state park we came to see and it did not disappoint. Town (North East) has a great downtown and the local Pizza joint was very good.

We loved our stay at the Colonial Motel. The room was very clean. Since it's a small establishment, and only one story, there wasn't a lot of noise to contend with. The setting is peaceful and an easy drive to Lake Erie.
