Great hosts. Beach within a mile was excellent place to relax, though a few min drive.

Very clean and quiet, and nice owners. Close to a public access beach. A great value, and the North East area is lovely.

The property was nice location wasn't bad.owners were nice. Only thing we disliked were our neighbors who were up parting at night.

Needed a budget-friendly option while visiting Erie and this one caught my eye because of the positive reviews. It was a great value and nice, quiet, 3-night stay.

What a great little place! This is the second time we’ve been here, and it just keeps getting better. Needed a place to stay for a family event near by, and so happy we stayed here again. Wonderful owners, great location Will be back when we need to be in North East!

My favorite amenity was the leather recliner. I have never been in a hotel that had a real leather recliner. It was luxurious. I read all the other positive posts before my trip and was pleased to find all were true. I parked just feet from my door. I could not hear anything through the walls. Everything was brand new! I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone else.
