Spacious Tailor Made Bairro Alto

It was a very spacious and comfortable apartment. All facilities were there. Great area to be in when visiting lisbon. The host Tomas was very friendly and helpful and always reacted quickly when we had questions. Would definitely recommend it.

Nothing, except there was no cuttingboard in the kitchen this would be nice to have.

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Bien situé.

Piękne i klimatyczne mieszkanie, właściciel był bardzo miły i pomocy, zawsze służył dobrą radą i bardzo szybko odpisywał na wiadomości. Okolica cicha i spokojna, polecam :)

Słabe wygłuszenie, słychać sąsiadów. Normalna rozmowa po 22 skutkuje interwencją właściciela. Brak odpowiedniej ilości zastawy, szklanek i kieliszków.

L'appartamento è spazioso e confortevole, luminoso nonostante sia al piano terra, silenzioso e comodo. Siamo state bene in 7 con i giusti turni per il bagno. Posizione strategica, il centro è raggiungibile a piedi, negozi e locali a pochi passi. Consigliato.

Location, internet, welcome meet and greet staff friendly & helpful

No hot water. (Informed at lunchtime to the WhatsApp number that messaged arrival details - no answer, informed again very late evening through booking.com no reply - they replied once cleaner arrived at 11.09 (which I was waiting to inform someone but he seemed annoyed when I told him about no hot water, left his cleaning bag and disappeared) but they replied complaining I was still there and that check out is at 11.00, they claimed there was hot water before we arrived so it's very strange, then continued back and forth with me about the situation, that they didn't get the first message informing of them of no hot water, that the cleaner doesn't speak English (ok but I can speak Portuguese, he just needed to say something other than "check out is 11" in his perfect English - strange) contact info needs to be very clear as I have 2 numbers and email - I would recommend now only using through the booking platform. After arrival customer service I found very dismissive and overall disappointing. Very flimsy and weak beds, also most of the furniture is the same quality. Visually "wipe over" clean but in closer inspection especially, in less traffic areas, very dusty and dirty (toenail back of sofa, backpack covered in dusty fluff from corner of room). Holes in skirting boards and floor boards. Bad drain smells from bathroom. Pictures as advertised are definitely outdated and give a false representation. The whole place is in desperate need of maintenance and a deep clean.
