Guests are required to show a valid government-issued ID card or passport upon check-in. Starting from 1 June 2015, Hilton Beijing has become a nonsmoking hotel as per Government Policy. Smoking is only allowed at the outdoor designated smoking area. We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out. Please check with regional health and government authorities about specific policies that may be in place at the location of your stay. One residential room is entitled to have one car parking with one unique license plate number for the first three nights stay, extra nights will pay by guest self. For example, 1 night stay guest could enjoy 1 night complimentary parking; 4 nights stay guest could enjoy first 3 nights complimentary parking. Guest need to go to the Concierge to register the car license plate number. Parking voucher will be managed and given by Concierge. Breakfast-inclusive rates include breakfast for adults and children aged 0–5 years. A breakfast surcharge of CNY 90 per child, per day applies for children aged 6–10 years. A breakfast surcharge of CNY 180 per child, per day applies for children aged 11 years and older. A deposit may be required at the property.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this Beijing hotel! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with friendly staff whose name was Yana Hans made us feel right at home. Every corner of the room was spotlessly clean—bedding, bathroom, and common areas were well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after long days of sightseeing. The thoughtful amenities and quiet environment added to our pleasant experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing and will definitely choose it again on our next trip

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. A special mention must go to Beth Chen at the front desk, who provided the warmest welcome. She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and offered helpful local dining tips. Her exceptional service truly set a positive tone for our entire visit. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The bed ensured a great night's sleep, and the breakfast had a fantastic variety. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning, especially hoping to encounter Beth's wonderful hospitality again.
