During my stay (October 16 – October 28, 2025), I spent time at the Executive Lounge almost every day, and each visit was a pleasure thanks to Bryce Yang, one of the most outstanding members of the Executive Lounge team. Bryce’s warm welcome, genuine kindness, and professional manner truly set him apart. From the very first day, he remembered my name and my preferences — from how I liked my tea to which seat I usually chose — and always made sure everything was just right. He was attentive without ever being intrusive, a rare balance that made me feel completely at ease. What impressed me most was Bryce’s genuine care for each guest. He didn’t just serve food or drinks — he created a welcoming atmosphere where everyone felt valued. Every conversation with him was pleasant, and his positive energy set a wonderful tone for the entire day. Bryce is a true example of what exceptional hospitality means. His thoughtfulness, warm smile, and professional dedication represent the best of this hotel’s spirit.
